Please arrive a few minutes prior to your Spa appointment. If this is your first visit with us, you may be required to sign consent/information forms prior to your treatment.
When booking an appointment, please indicate if you have any health concerns or special requirements we should be made aware of.
The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.
A deposit of 50% may be required to hold multiple same-day services or group bookings, by cash or major credit card.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.
50% of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
100% charged to cancellations less than 24 hours from the time of your scheduled appointment.

To receive all spendor and full pampering of your service we would like to suggest that you please turn off your cell phone or put it on silent while inside the Spa.
We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items, so please leave at home or keep with you while at the Spa.

Our gift certificates never expire, they are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift Cards may be used towards any treatment, service or product. They may be transferred to a friend or family member.
